We use fresh baby spinach, sautéed mushrooms, Red, Yellow, and Orange bell peppers up along with fresh grated Parmesan and 3 year aged Cabot Sharp Cheddar cheese!!! Combined with eggs, half-n-half, and our light and flaky crust!!!
